Job Description
Make a meaningful impact on K-12 students' lives while living and working in Jackson Hole, WY, at a residential treatment facility serving students aged 8-21 with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Provide individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and develop behavior and safety plans within a trauma-informed, DBT, Love & Logic, and Collaborative Problem Solving approach.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet students' social-emotional needs, involving families and districts in care planning.
- Complete documentation and evaluations timely, with monthly on-call responsibilities shared among team members.
- Must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or similar, and be licensed in Wyoming.
- Position is full-time, contracted for approximately 225 days / year, with a salary ranging from $49,000 to $76,000 based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life insurance, retirement, housing stipend, and paid leave.
