Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery (lathes mills grinders) according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and work orders to determine production requirements.
• Monitor machine operations detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality.
• Perform in-process and final inspection of machined parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines and work area.
• Adjust machine controls and tool offsets to maintain part accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine alarms or production issues.
