ABOUT THE ROLE

Amrize, one of the largest construction materials producers in the world, is recruiting a full-time Ready Mix Plant Foreman for our new project in Texas City, TX.

New hires must train in Port Arthur for a few weeks before the Texas City project starts, and the project lasts 18 months.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Coordinates and oversees activities of workers engaged in production operations of the RMX division
• Responsible work planning, scheduling, directing, performing, and evaluating the repair and servicing of equipment; establishes deadlines and modifies work schedules to meet deadlines; determines what materials need to be produced and establishes production goals; provides estimates of materials, costs, and timelines for production; inspects actual performance and supervises and assists subordinate employees
• Inspects work facilities to determine proper utilization and maintenance and adherence to safety regulations
• Participate in the preparation of specifications for new construction equipment
• Maintain an effective system of communication with supervisors and customers serviced
• Other duties as assigned
