Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees daily operational performance of enterprise systems across infrastructure ensuring high availability incident resolution and SLA adherence.

• Supervise Infrastructure Network and Data Center Operations teams.
• Coordinate enterprise monitoring patching and configuration management.
• Manage capacity performance and change management processes.
• Report on uptime incident trends and performance metrics.
