About The Position

Job Title : Respiratory Therapist

Profession : Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience :

Must have critical care experience.

Experience required in Level 3 NICU, proficient in all treatment modalities.

Epic experience is required.

Must be familiar with all modes of mechanical ventilation and non-invasive ventilation.

Experience with specific equipment is necessary.

One year of travel experience is required.

License :

Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner by the State Board of Medicine.

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).

Certifications : BLS

ACLS

NRP

PALS

Must-Have :

Experience in NICU and pediatrics.

Ability to work with adults.

Willingness to work night shifts, including every other weekend.

Knowledge of high frequency jet ventilator and nitric oxide delivery systems.

Proficiency in troubleshooting high-pressure alarms.

Skills in aerosol set up, CPAP, and interpretation of arterial blood gases.

Experience in pediatric critical care and mechanical ventilation weaning.
