Job Overview
We're seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician to join the MGB Diabetes Initiative, providing integrated behavioral health support to patients with or at high risk for cardiometabolic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to address behavioral health needs, support patient self-management goals, and advance health equity. The ideal candidate is compassionate, mission-oriented, skilled in both individual and group behavioral health care, and thrives in community-facing work.
