Qualifications :

Doctoral or Masters degree in School Psychology or related field
Valid state certification or licensure in School Psychology
Experience working with K-12 students
Strong assessment and intervention skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
Cultural petence and mitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Exceptional munication and organizational skills

Responsibilities :

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide counseling and support services to students and families

Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school policies

Deliver professional development workshops for staff on mental health topics
