Job description12 / hour base pay +$10 commission for every membership sold (AVG $15 - $20 / hour) We're hiring for three part time shifts : Discount on Mod Facial services and products Fun, modern, zen environment Career growth opportunities Ongoing training and team building opportunities Greeting clients with a warm smile and providing top-notch customer service Handling cash / credit transactions and managing appointment bookings Promoting Mod Facial memberships and services through suggestive selling Keeping the reception area tidy and organized Assisting team members with other front desk duties as needed Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Experience in customer service, retail sales (this is a sales role) Basic computer / tech skills Ability to multitask and stay poised under pressure Passion for the beauty / wellness industry Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 8 hour shift
