Your Role as a Baylor LPN
As a Baylor Nurse at Lotus Village , you will :
- Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care.
- Administer medications & monitor patient responses.
- Educate patients & families on care plans and procedures.
- Manage specialized medical equipment & interpret critical data.
- Provide bedside care & support discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate & timely documentation.
