Night Shift - Patient Ratios 1RN / CST per OR Type of equipment Multiple OR Equipment in each OR EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these Orthopedic and or Spine skills / experience will not be considered for the role. Need to have Orthopedic, sports med, Total Joint Need to have Spine Experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
