Position Details : Sunday to Wednesday 5 : 00am-3 : 30pm + $17.00 base rate + $2.00 differential only on Sundays

Job Responsibilities :
Proficient in mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, and vacuuming surfacesEmpties trash bins and cleans trash area daily; operates trash compactor when applicablePulls pallets and cleans / scrubs product bays on a rotating basisCleans up any spills or breakages to the inventoried product; recoups damages and determines if resalable or must be disposed of per food safety standards and requirementsCleans other areas of the warehouse and offices, including break rooms, restrooms, offices, etc.Completes daily sanitation logsUtilizes chemicals, detergents, and cleaning equipmentOperates scrubber and pallet jacks if required to perform dutiesAble to identify and address cleanliness and sanitation issuesComplies with all safety requirementsEscalates issues timely and directly to supervisorElectronically scans products using a warehouse management systemOther projects and tasks as assigned by supervisorQualifications :
No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required.Flexible to work overtime preferred.Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required.Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.This position is designated as safety-sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.Physical Requirements :
