Job description

Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Woodbridge, Connecticut.

Duties

  • Perform general radiography exams independently in the Emergency Department and inpatient units (adult + pediatric).
  • Complete portable X-rays using Carestream units; operate Fuji equipment in the ED.
  • Handle variable caseload driven by ED and inpatient volume.
  • Document exams in Epic ; maintain accuracy and compliance with department standards.
  • Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and hospital protocols.
  • Function within a Level I trauma environment and support rapid-turnover imaging needs.

    • Qualifications

  • ARRT (R) and State of Connecticut license required (pending accepted but must be active before start).
  • Minimum 2 years experience (1.5 acceptable with Level I trauma or prior travel experience).
  • Experience performing general radiography, ED imaging, and inpatient portables for pediatric and adult patients.
  • Proficiency with Carestream portable units, Fuji ED equipment, and PACS workflow.
  • BLS required.
