Responsibilities :

• Ensure projects are planned and built to specifications and Company Standards.
• Oversee construction activities, including planning, scheduling, materials, and practices.
• Monitoring the workload of staff to ensure that activities are being planned in accordance with their priority.
• Oversee subcontractor activities.

Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and building codes.

Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.

Oversee the use of materials, tools, and equipment.

Verify deliveries and manage inventory to prevent shortages or waste.

Serve as the primary on-site contact for the project team and client.

Prepare daily field reports, progress updates, and documentation.

Communicate daily with project managers
