Our private-practice PT company is looking to add another orthopedic and / or sports medicine physical therapist to our team! We opened our first clinic in the Summer of 2020 in the Lakeview East neighborhood of Chicago, and have been steadily growing over the past 4 years. We opened our second clinic in June 2024 located in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago. We are looking to add highly-motivated, entrepreneurial-spirited clinicians to our team. This position is for a staff physical therapist but there are significant growth opportunities in joining this company in its infancy.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

As Staff Physical Therapist you will be required to multi-task in a fast paced, demanding environment. Your first and most important priority will be to manage your caseload and take care of your patients. In general, you will perform any tasks necessary to achieve great outcomes for our patients, improve clinic operations, enhance patient experience, and stimulate growth of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Evaluate and treat patients with various neuromusculoskeletal conditions.

Implement a treatment plan of care which includes maintaining patient schedules by encouraging compliance with suggested frequency and duration based on clinical recommendations. This includes minimizing cancellations and making an effort to reschedule patients as needed.

Complete proper documentation in a competent and timely manner.

Maintain communication with patients, physicians, staff members, and anyone else involved in the patient’s care as allowed by HIPAA guidelines.

Learn the basics of insurance benefits and be able to have conversations with patients including deductibles, co-insurances, co-pays, and visit limits or authorizations.

Assist the Director of Business Development with marketing plans focused on building relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers, attorneys, case managers, and the community.
