Based near Gordonsville, VA | Consistent Routes | Home Every Day

Job Highlights :

Home Daily – enjoy consistent schedules with 48-hour resets each week

No-touch freight – a mix of dry and refrigerated loads

Average 1,600–1,700 miles per week

Slip-seat operation in newer model day cabs

Runs to VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV

Supportive 24 / 7 operations and maintenance team

Schedule & Work Details :

5 days on, 2 days off

Start times between 12 PM and 12 AM (noon to midnight)

Weekends required

Afternoons, nights, and holidays may be included in rotation

Expect 2 routes per day , 11–14 hour shifts

One-day on-site training ($125) + 3–4 paid ride-alongs ($50 each)

Must have personal transportation to and from the distribution center daily

Pay & Bonuses :

Average weekly pay : ~$1,300 (after 90-day ramp-up)

Top performers : $1,500+ / week

Stop pay : $20 per stop

Minimum pay bands ensure pay for shorter routes

Sign-On Bonus – $2,500 total :

$250 after 1st load

$250 after 30 days

$250 after 60 days

$500 after 90 days

$250 after 120 days

$250 after 150 days

$750 after 180 days

Experience-Based Pay (Mileage or Minimum Band, whichever is higher) :

0–6 mo : $0.56 / mile

6–12 mo : $0.57 / mile

1–2 yrs : $0.58 / mile

2–3 yrs : $0.59 / mile

3–5 yrs : $0.60 / mile

5–7 yrs : $0.61 / mile

7–10 yrs : $0.62 / mile

10+ yrs : $0.63 / mile
