Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including pediatric,behavioral, and preventive health services.
Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and createindividualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including behavioral healthprofessionals and community wellness staff.
Offer patient education and support self-management of chronic conditions.Refer patients for specialty or inpatient care as needed.Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and clinical audits.Use Electronic Health Records (EHR) for documentation and coordination.Provide on-call support on a rotating basis and cross-cover for colleagues asneeded.
Mentor mid-level providers, residents, and medical students.Represent AACI at community health events when applicable.What We’re Looking For :
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.Board Certification (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field).Active, unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration.Minimum 2 years of primary care clinical experience.BLS Certification.Experience or strong interest in working with underserved and multiculturalcommunities.
