A company is looking for a Nephrologist - Advisory Board Member.

Key Responsibilities

Advocate for the diabetes prevention program and encourage referrals of Medicare beneficiaries with CKD and prediabetes

Advise on integrating the program into nephrology care settings to enhance accessibility and patient outcomes

Provide clinical insights to refine program guidelines and engage with healthcare executives to support program adoption

Required Qualifications

Board-certified nephrologist (MD / DO)

Experience in chronic disease prevention, public health, or population health is preferred

Strong interest in digital health innovation and telemedicine

Passion for preventative care and improving health outcomes for patients with kidney disease and prediabetes
