Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Director with a strong background in IT services, particularly in digital solution selling — Data, Cloud, and AI. The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years of quota-carrying sales experience and a proven ability to close large, complex deals and grow strategic account portfolios.

This role is suited for a sales leader who can operate across multiple verticals such as Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Insurance, and who excels in building executive-level relationships and driving business growth through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and account expansion for IT services focused on Data, Cloud, and AI solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Engage with C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers to identify business challenges and position tailored digital solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, solutioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and grow long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to shape compelling value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of quota-carrying sales experience in IT services.
  • Proven track record of closing large, multi-million-dollar deals and expanding key accounts.
  • Strong digital sales experience in Data, Cloud, and AI solutions.
  • Cross-industry exposure with successful engagement in at least two of the following : Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Insurance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, client business models, and technology transformation drivers.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network and strong relationships within targeted industries.
  • Experience working in global or matrixed environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
