As a LPN II, you will Facilitates, communicates and collaborates with the RN to identify and meet the physical and emotionalneeds of the patient. Assists with the nursing process to promote / restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. Demonstrates accountability for the quality of own nursing practice. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services as assigned.

Job Requirements

Physical Requirements : Medium Work - exert / lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and / or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and / or up to 10 lbs. constantly
