The Division Manager reports to the Vice President and is responsible for the financial performance and operational success of an assigned division. The Division Manager leads all aspects of project management, project execution, financial oversight, scheduling, and team development.

Responsibilities :

  • Driving strategic goals, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring alignment across project teams.
  • Financial ownership of the division, including revenue, overhead, margin, projections, billings and receivables.
  • Oversight of scheduling, and change order processes.
  • Leads VDC / pre-construction, including modeling and prefabrication integration.
  • Mentors and develops project teams; promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
  • ensures compliance with company procedures and promotes process innovation.
  • Builds strong relationships with clients, vendors, and field leadership

Requirements :

  • 10+ years in a supervisory / management role with experience in project management and financial oversight.
  • proven ability to lead diverse project teams and drive operational efficiency.
  • strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • experience with scheduling software, financial tools, and VDC technologies.
  • Electrical construction industry experience preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications and Education :

  • Degree in a technical field - Business Management, or equivalent work experience.
