Job Summary :

We're looking for a creative, digitally savvy, and communications-driven intern to join our team for Summer 2025. This role offers hands-on experience across internal and external communications, social media content creation, campaign coordination, and digital storytelling. You'll help shape and amplify our brand voice while gaining valuable skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Essential Functions and Duties :

• Support the execution of digital communication campaigns across email, intranet, and social media
• Create engaging visual and written content for internal and external channels, including newsletters, blogs, social media posts, and press releases
• Assist in managing day-to-day activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Help maintain and organize a shared content calendar for communications and social media
• Research industry trends, hashtags, competitor activity, and media opportunities
• Monitor and report on communication and social media KPIs and analytics
• Capture behind-the-scenes photos / videos during events or property visits
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, Operations, and hotel teams to source stories and drive engagement
• Ensure brand consistency in all written and visual content
