Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to oversee and manage engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and engineering, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
Conduct feasibility studies and prepare estimates for project costs and resource requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, construction, and procurement to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on performance and any issues that arise.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a culture of safety within the project team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in project management and engineering roles.

Strong knowledge of project estimating and budgeting processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.

50% travel

100,000-$115,000 +10% bonus
