Angiography / Special Procedures Registered Nurse (PT)-Bluffton Location

Savannah Vascular Institute, a large vascular surgery physician group practice is seeking a part- time Registered Nurse to work in a busy Office Based Lab assisting the physicians with interventional and peripheral studies as a circulating nurse , p re and post-surgical care of vascular patients, medication orders, discharge orders, etc. Provides patient education and counseling under the direction of the physician. Assists physician with procedures as needed with sterile preparation, assessment, documentation, and monitoring consistent with the policies and procedures of the Angio Lab. Procedures include arteriograms, dialysis access, port placements, etc. Three to five years Special Procedures / Circulating nurse experience preferred. Part-time . Day Shift. No call, no weekends.

Current BLS and ACLS required.
