KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Technical & Operational Leadership
- Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability at the highest standards.
- Ensure the uninterrupted functioning of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, generators, etc.).
- Implement effective preventive maintenance plans and oversee day-to-day technical inspections.
Strategic Planning & Budget Management
Prepare and manage annual capital expenditure and maintenance budgets.Analyze performance metrics (, energy use, downtime, maintenance frequency) and implement continuous improvements.Conduct feasibility studies and lead the implementation of new technologies.Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and manage the engineering team, fostering a high-performance culture.Lead performance evaluations, technical training programs, and career development initiatives.Establish emergency response protocols and lead safety training for the team.Sustainability & Energy Efficiency
Develop and lead environmental and energy-saving initiatives in line with Hilton’s global sustainability goals.Manage LED conversions, HVAC upgrades, water reuse systems, and other green projects.Provide sustainability reporting and contribute to LEED / BREEAM certification efforts.Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure all critical equipment and systems (fire safety, elevators, generators, etc.) meet legal and safety standards.Coordinate emergency drills and compliance inspections with local authorities.Ensure full regulatory compliance with local and international engineering codes and laws.Project & Renovation Oversight
Lead renovation projects from scope definition to contractor management and quality control.Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Act as a technical advisor to interior designers and architects for new space planning.Guest-Focused Technical Support
Improve guest comfort systems (climate control, lighting, water pressure) in line with expectations.Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Guest Relations to support seamless operations.Provide custom technical solutions for VIP guests and high-profile events.WHO YOU ARE :
A university graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) with professional certifications preferred.Proven experience managing engineering operations in a hotel or large facility.Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and passionate about safety and quality.Well-versed in energy efficiency, sustainability practices, and modern technical systems.Experienced in budgeting, project planning, and strategic decision-making.Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English (both written and spoken).WHY JOIN US?
