Massachusetts Licensed Lead Counsel

A company is looking for a Lead Counsel, Market Access, Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic legal counsel on product pricing and access matters

Prepare, review, and negotiate complex agreements with various payers and distributors

Develop and implement business rules and contract playbooks for compliance and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and bar membership in at least one jurisdiction

10+ years of legal experience with at least 5 years in market access

Proficiency in commercial and government payer contracting

Understanding of laws impacting pharmaceutical business operations

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify practical legal solutions
