A company is looking for a Senior Game Designer (FPS / Technical Design). Key Responsibilities Design, prototype, and iterate on core gameplay systems including mission design, combat, and AI behaviours Create robust design specs and visualisations to facilitate cross-functional collaboration Own and execute features end-to-end with minimal supervision, ensuring design vision is maintained Required Qualifications 6-8 years of professional experience in game design, particularly in the FPS genre Experience in technical design, including scripting and gameplay logic Proven track record of shipping commercial FPS titles with full production cycle involvement Deep knowledge of first-person shooter mechanics and player psychology Strong practical experience with Unreal Engine (Blueprints and / or scripting systems)
