Quality Supervisor

Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and overseeing quality management systems in full compliance with AS 9100. This individual will provide leadership across all aspects of company and supplier quality, driving continuous process improvement and ensuring high-quality output for supporting naval weapons platforms through precision electronics assembly, complex wiring solutions, full system integration, and lifecycle sustainment services. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead programs from quote to delivery, managing all phases including schedules, budgets, and cross-functional coordination
• Serve as primary customer contact, conducting quarterly reviews and weekly status updates
• Develop manufacturing plans, forecast deliveries, and ensure on-time execution
• Drive quality and continuous improvement via AS 9100C, CAPA, DPMO analysis, DFX / DFM, and trend reporting
• Oversee procurement, supplier coordination, BOM verification, and material optimization
• Identify risks (RAM), mitigate roadblocks, and recommend productivity enhancements to leadership
• Prepare quotes, support new product launches, and integrate program teams across engineering, quality, and operations
