What You Can Expect

The Senior Scheduling Analyst is responsible for developing maintaining and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. The Senior Scheduling Analyst will interface and work collaboratively on cross-functional internal and external project teams to ensure the project timelines are realistic and achievable.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6 ensuring alignment with project scope timelines costs and resources
• Monitor and update project schedules incorporating approved changes and collaborating with project managers contractors team members and stakeholders for accurate data collection for schedule updates
• Identify and analyze scheduling risks and conflicts providing resolution strategies through variance analysis what-if scenarios and forensic schedule analysis using dynamic CPM models
• Ensure compliance to project controls policies and procedures including earned value management rules of credit and company-specific project planning and scheduling procedures are being adhered to
• Support project control initiatives by developing KPIs schedule templates control plans and guidelines to enhance scheduling performance and consistency

Compensation

Salary Range : $86100 $132020 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal state and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography experience education internal pay alignment or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
