Oncology Nurse Navigator (RN)

A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator. Key Responsibilities Guide, support, and advocate for Members and caregivers throughout the cancer care journey Oversee and provide holistic, culturally competent, and evidence-based nursing care Facilitate healthcare delivery and coordinate care across multiple providers and facilities Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of oncology experience and 3 years of oncology navigation experience preferred Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or other ONCC certification required Current RN Compact License required Obtain American Cancer Society Leadership in Oncology Navigation (LION) within 3 months of hire
