Job Details

Registered Professional Nurses at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of Illinois are licensed professionals empowered to participate in an interdisciplinary approach to meet the expectations of those we serve.

As members of the Professional Nursing Congress, the registered nurses are actively involved in the continued evidence based development of best practices to ensure individualized and desired outcomes at discharge.

Job Requirements

Current State license as a Registered Nurse required.

Minimum 2 years CVOR experience required.

Work requires a minimum of four months intra-operative orientation and on-the-job training to learn department / unit policies, procedures and work routines.

Unit Specific Information

Floating : Will float to other surgery teams within the surgery department, to include pediatric surgery, orthopedic surgery, neuro surgery, and the multispecialty teams.
