JOB DESCRIPTION

Grafton - MRI

Basic MRI skill set with oversite of Radiologist.

BLS & AART required

3T & 1.5 Siemens's magnets.

REQUIRED LICENSES / REGISTRATION / CERTIFICATIONS :

Registered Technologist (RT) registration issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) ND

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) (ARRT) OR

MRI (CAMRT) OR

MRI (ARMRIT

BLS

Education Required :

Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of an accredited or approved program in Radiologic Technology

Knowledge and Skills Required :

Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and magnetic safety.

Competent in IV and venipuncture (if required by facility)

Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient service skills to work effectively with physicians, patients, and other staff members.

Ability to work independently.

Intermediate computer skills.

Certification addendum.
