Job descriptionManageable Patient Volume : Contribute to a manageable annual emergency room volume of approximately 9,120 patients, allowing for personalized attention. Skilled Team : Collaborate with a team of highly trained and experienced nurses and emergency room technicians to deliver optimal patient care. Advanced Resources : Benefit from access to two fully equipped trauma rooms, six treatment rooms, and readily available ancillary services such as Diagnostic Imaging, Respiratory Therapy, Laboratory, and Social Services. Efficient Documentation : Utilize the familiar EDIS (Medhost) electronic medical record system for streamlined documentation. Board Certification : Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine is mandatory. Essential Certifications : Maintain current certifications in ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS. If not ABEM certified, ATLS can be completed within the first year of obtaining privileges. Active Licenses : Possess an active Indiana medical license and DEA registration.

24 / 7 Coverage in a Critical Access Hospital :
- Continuous Care : Play a pivotal role in ensuring 24 / 7 emergency medical coverage within a Critical Access Hospital setting.
- Diverse Patient Population : Treat a wide range of medical emergencies within a rural community, providing essential care to patients in need.
