Unit : 4T – 29-bed general surgical and orthopedic unit with medical overflow

Assignment Type : Travel RN contract

Start Date : November 19, 2025

End Date : February 18, 2026

Duration : 13-week nursing contract

Shift : Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19 : 00 – 07 : 00)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1680-$1730

EMR System : Meditech

Scrubs : Royal blue / white (not provided)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina

Minimum 2 years of recent Medical / Surgical nursing experience

BCLS certification required

Strong IV start skills

Experience with Meditech EMR preferred

Ability to manage high patient ratios and float to other hospital units

Must reside at least 50 miles from facility (local candidates not accepted)

No background or licensure issues

RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care on a busy 29-bed Medical / Surgical unit

Perform IV starts and manage medical, surgical, and orthopedic cases, including overflow patients

Accurately document patient care using Meditech EMR

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Float to other units within the hospital as needed

Comply with facility policies, infection control, and patient safety standards
