Job descriptionSchedule : PRN openings on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday Location : On-site in Houston, TX 77015 Reports to : Clinic Director Available roles : PRN, Part-Time, and Full-Time Evaluate and treat patients in urgent care and occupational health settings Perform musculoskeletal injury care, wound care, and suturing Conduct DOT physicals, hearing screenings, and drug and alcohol testing Provide clear treatment plans and ensure excellent patient communication Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up care Ensure HIPAA compliance at all times Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas (TMB, interim, or compact license) Active DEA registration (preferred) PA-C / NCCPA certification (a plus) BLS certification required At least 3+ years of experience preferred — Occupational Health, Urgent Care, ER, or Walk-In Clinic DOT certification (NRCME by FMCSA) preferred — if not, training will be covered (must complete within 90 days) No insurance billing — employers pay directly, so you focus on care, not paperwork Be part of a clinic expanding into urgent care and telehealth Opportunity to lead clinically and make an immediate impact Flexible schedules – PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time Supportive, collaborative team dedicated to exceptional care

We’re expanding! Join our growing Occupational Health & Urgent Care Clinic in East Houston. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a trusted leader in occupational health now expanding into urgent care and telehealth .
We’re seeking a Texas-licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver high-quality patient care, support clinic operations, and help shape our next phase of growth.
