Key Responsibilities

Providing direct resident care under the supervision of a registered nurse or advanced practice provider.
Assessing resident needs and developing individualized care plans.
Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need :
A current unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Basic life support certification.
