Job Summary
As a Seasonal Emergency Department RN, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while working closely with medical staff and care teams. Your responsibilities will include :
Assesses and manages patient pain levels to ensure effective pain management.Performs necessary procedures while documenting care accurately in patient medical records.Responds promptly to patient needs, anticipating requirements and issues proactively.Educates patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle changes to support overall health.Seasonal Program Details
This Seasonal PRN position requires :
A minimum of 72 hours of work per pay period during the seasonal period from 9 / 21 / 25 to 4 / 4 / 26.Float to nearby facilities with emergent staffing needs as required.A minimum of four weekend shifts and two holiday shifts over the 32-week program duration.Participation is on a PRN basis, meaning there are no guaranteed hours.Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse License (RN).Associate Degree in Nursing.Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within specified timelines after starting.Must obtain PALS, Trauma Nursing Core Course, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications within the first year.If you are dedicated to providing compassionate care and meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply for the Seasonal Emergency Department RN position.
