• Participates with superintendent, estimators and other project team members in preconstruction efforts
• Leads effective pre-planning efforts to ensure all aspects of project are addressed prior to mobilization and throughout construction process
• Reviews, monitors, and manages project budget, construction costs, change management, and other financials
• In partnership with superintendent, establish key project milestones through effective schedule management
• Ensures full implementation of company safety, risk management, environmental and stormwater programs
• Lead QA / QC program and supports it through consistent focus on quality control
• Completes closeout efforts in timely manner, properly archives project information per company procedure
• Proactively manages disputes and claims to ensure timely and fair issue resolution
• Ensures safe work environment by modeling safe work behaviors, supporting and communicating safe work

Project Manager provides leadership and guidance to the construction team and assumes overall responsibility for the successful completion of assigned projects within allotted time and budget. Coordinates work efforts during preconstruction, estimating, contract buyout, construction and closeout phases of the project. A minimum of seven (7) years of general commercial construction experience that includes market sectors of K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare and general commercial construction.

Senior Project Manager provides leadership and guidance to the construction team and assumes overall responsibility for the successful completion of assigned projects within allotted time and budget. Additional duties include cost forecasting, owner change order preparation and negotiation and

owner / subcontractor

management. A minimum of ten (10) years of general commercial construction experience that includes large scale projects ranging from $40 million to $100 million in market sectors of K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare and general commercial construction.

EDUCATION

Bachelors Degree in engineering, construction management or related field required.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of seven (7) years of general commercial construction experience required

SKILLS

SALARY RANGE $ 98,900 - $155,600 annually; actual salary based on experience and qualifications.
