Key Responsibilities

• Source screen and recruit for a wide range of manufacturing roles including production operators skilled trades and engineers.
• Partner with manufacturing plant managers and department leads to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills experience and cultural fit for a production environment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate generation to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels including industry-specific job boards trade schools and professional networks to attract qualified talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
