Our client is an industry leader in luxury design and build creating architecturally significant custom homes for an elite ultra-high-net-worth clientele. Their work is rooted in innovation artistry and a belief that extraordinary design has the power to transform the way people live.

The company is entering a major expansion period and is preparing to grow significantly across new markets. To support this growth they are seeking a Managing Director of Client Development to build nurture and activate high-value relationships that generate new custom home opportunities.

This is not transactional real estate. It is a strategic relationship role that blends luxury networking business development and elite client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Creation and Client Development

  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified high-intent UHNW prospects.
  • Build manage and expand a curated network across wealth management private client services luxury real estate developers private clubs and other UHNW circles.
  • Identify individuals with both the interest and capability to invest in luxury custom home projects.
  • Relationship Cultivation

  • Create meaningful trust-based relationships with affluent individuals and influential partners.
  • Maintain a presence in luxury social networks invite-only events and high-end industry gatherings.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism presence and a deep understanding of the luxury lifestyle.
  • Client Experience Activation

  • Qualify prospects based on readiness lifestyle alignment and project potential.
  • Facilitate introductions and book high-quality appointments for senior leadership and the Client Experience Center.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure seamless handoff and an elevated client experience.
  • Market Intelligence and Strategy

  • Stay informed on luxury market trends land and real estate opportunities shifts in the high-net-worth market and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights that shape market outreach strategies and inform executive decision-making.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure outreach initiatives and brand presence align with UHNW expectations.

    This role is ideal for someone who :

  • Has a background in luxury real estate private aviation wealth management high-end hospitality or premium lifestyle products.
  • Is energized by building elite networks and engaging with affluent and influential decision makers.

  • Operates with integrity discretion and genuine interest in clients needs and aspirations.
  • Enjoys a high degree of autonomy and is motivated by significant financial upside.

  • Qualifications

  • 7 or more years of experience working with UHNW or highly affluent clientele.
  • Proven success in business development luxury relationship management or high-value client acquisition.
  • Established network or clear ability to build networks in luxury or UHNW markets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically and confidently.
  • High degree of professionalism discipline and personal accountability.
  • Ability to travel for events networking and market expansion initiatives.
