Resident Resolutions Coordinator

Our Resident Resolutions Coordinator is a very active and fast-paced / high - volume job. You will be working at our Southgate Towers Apartments a modern Miami Beach Apartment Community with stunning views of Biscayne Bay.  Schedule : Monday - Friday 3 p.m.- 11 p.m. (Schedule may vary)

A bit more about what youll do

• Responds to and manages resident complaints and or service issues
• May coordinate with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns.
• May help with other resident related issues as assigned.
• Essential Functions : Supports residents during the move-out process which may include notice to vacate and resident transfers.
• Follows-up with residents who have issued work order / service requests or expressed issues / concerns with the community.
• Assist residents with any need
• Register cars to park on-site
• Register pets for existing residents
• Enter in service requests for residents
• Answer questions regarding service requests
• Send communication to residents
• Responds to and manages resident complaints and / or service issues
• Contact residents about policy violations
