Position Title : Land Development - Civil Project Manager

Location : Spokane, Washington

Salary Range : $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience

This is an opportunity to lead exciting projects from concept through construction while mentoring junior staff and building lasting client relationships.

In this role, you will :

• Lead and manage land development projects across the region.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, scopes of work, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
