Job descriptionBachelor's degree or higher in a technology-related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience; Master's degree is a plus 10+ years of hands-on experience deploying and supporting highly distributed multi-tiered systems at scale 4+ years of experience in cloud support (AWS), including migration and operating resilient platforms Experience with container orchestration, preferably Kubernetes Strong background in distributed and highly concurrent service-based architectures Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell scripting, etc.) for automation Experience managing infrastructure using tools such as IAM, ARM, Terraform, and Chef Solid understanding of cloud computing and DevOps principles, including CI / CD pipelines Hands-on experience with system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., DataDog, Prometheus, Splunk) Extensive experience with Oracle and PL / SQL, including writing stored procedures, functions, and triggers Ability to analyze and troubleshoot code in PL / SQL, Perl, and Shell scripting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve data quality issues, system functionality concerns, and business queries Experience providing support for trading, portfolio management, and research applications Technical proficiency in Linux, database systems, networking concepts, and ITSM best practices Experience with batch scheduling software such as Autosys is a plus Ability to evaluate platforms and recommend improvements in automation, security, and CI / CD practices Passion for technology and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment Ability to mentor and lead team members effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Quick learner with an analytical mindset and a drive for continuous improvement Previous experience in financial services is a plus Supporting critical applications in a complex, globally distributed environment Driving incident, problem, and change management processes Coordinating planning and execution of special events and projects Participating in on-call rotations to provide exceptional support Assisting with product rollouts by coordinating launch and ongoing support activities Advocating for production stability and supportability by collaborating with development teams to drive improvements
Systems Services and Support Analyst
Responsibilities :
- Assess business impact of incidents through direct customer interaction
- Troubleshoot and analyze batch and application issues, ensuring prompt resolution
- Resolve incidents using application tools and databases
- Coordinate with development teams to migrate fixes into production
- Provide on-call support during weekdays and weekends as needed
