TikToks Global Marketing team helps ensure were delivering on this mission through all of our marketing and communication efforts, helping set the brand tone and bring the brand story to life through constant marketing innovation across advertising, digital engagement, and social storytelling.

The Global Integrated Marketing Team is a diverse group of innovative and passionate professionals driven by creativity and collaboration. As part of our team, youll work with skilled strategists, visionary creatives, and data-driven analysts to shape impactful campaigns that align with business goals.   • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand metrics among non-users and current users in AMS.
  • Lead marketing campaigns and initiatives end-to-end execution, including project planning, cross-functional alignment, and success measurement (using analytics and data to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement).
  • Define project plans, campaign objectives based on data, target audience and size, main KPIs, core narrative, estimated budget, previous insights, among others. Provide direction to media, creative, strategy, analytics, social, and communications teams. Act as a maestro, orchestrating all components of the overall campaign.
  • Manage overall campaigns : timelines, resources, roles and responsibilities, communicate progress, define measurement plans, share learnings, among others.
  • Influence cross-functional teams when managing large-scale campaigns and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, brand reputation, diversity projects, partnership or co-branding; relevant experience in tech companies preferred. International company experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data and measure campaign success.
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented self-starter capable of working under high speed and pressure, with a drive for high performance.
  • Strong background in project management and operational tasks within projects (contracts, payments, reports, etc).
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional projects, budgets, timelines, and motivating teams and agencies.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting ideas to stakeholders.
  • Experience with marketing techniques such as TV, OOH, print, social media, paid media, influencer marketing, and measurement.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
