Position : Machine Operator
Location : New Albany Ohio
Department : Assembly
Reports to : Team Leads
Shift : Second Shift : Monday - Friday 1 : 45pm - 10 : 00pm
Pay Information : $18.00 / hour plus shift differential for second and third shift
JOB SUMMARY
The Assembly Machine Operator is responsible for operating the Assembly / Print machines. Troubleshoots minor operating difficulties including : analyzing machine operations inspection of products locating troublesome elements within machines making necessary mechanical adjustments to eliminate quality variations and mechanical malfunctions.

- Ability to judge quality in all aspects
- Ability to read and understand job cards
- Ability to use a computer to complete data entry activities as needed
- Provide timely and complete communication with Team Leaders and all other impacted operational and functional teams regarding quality or mechanical issues
- Ability to meet production standards once trained
- Ability to make minor adjustments to machines to maintain quality standards
- Inspect and pack finished parts properly
Ability to distinguish between different colors and shades of color
