Float to a variety of core acute care units (Med Surg Tele, Neuro, IMC, ICU and ED Boarders) at MedStar Harbor Hospital, a community-based magnet hospital in southeast Baltimore City. This is an excellent role for those who need full benefits.

Pay Summary

• Base Pay based on working experience as a nurse
• Night differential (X 12 hours)
• Float Pool Differential (X 12 hours)
• Weekend Differential (X 12 hours)
• Charge / Preceptor Pay (when working these shifts)

Nursing Benefits

Available Roles : Full-Time Night : 3x12-hour night shifts + every 3rd weekend

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs-from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team
