Location : Cortez, Colorado
24 hour shift coverage
Details :

ICU Beds : 4

Acute Beds : 13

Swing Beds : average 4 / utilize within the 13 medsurg acute bed

Acuity : Variable, Pneumonia, Sepsis, Weakness, DKA, Resp failure

Volume :

Max census : 20 (including Family birthing unit of 3 rooms)

Minimum census : 2-4

Average daily census : 8

Average weekly admissions : 12-20 approx.

Average daily discharges : 1-4

Average LOS : Med Surg : 4 days

OBs (combined with med / surg & ICU) : 1

Swing : 3

Onsite Subspeciality Support : General Surgery, Anesthesia, Ortho, Podiatry, 24 / 7 OB Coverage

Compensation and Benefits :

Standard : 1900 / shift - base

$100 / shift - travel

$600 / shift - PEDS coverage

Eligible for PRIME

92% of billings

wRVU :

$2300 / shift - base

Eligible for PRIME

wRVU Threshold = 14.25

wRVU Payment above threshold average for the quarter = $29.69
