A highly-regarded Chicago is seeking talented Real Estate Associate Attorneys to join their growing team. Associates at this firm work on affordable housing and community development transactions - though any real estate background will be considered (and retooled into afffordable housing transactions). Ideal candidates will be 2-6th year coming from a large firm or reputable boutique and interested in community-oriented work.

This firm is known for their commitment to work / life balance and a family-oriented environment. The billable target is 1600 hours annually and the firm has a flexible in-office requirement.

Salary expected to be between 150k-200k depending on applicable experience / how much retooling and training someone will need.
