Location : Ridgeville, SC

Pay : $20 / hr + 10-25 hours of overtime weekly (weekly pay)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM start time (50+ hours / week)

We're hiring 5 Skilled Helpers / Technicians to support a major construction project in Ridgeville / Summerville, SC area. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the largest general contractor in the country, on a high-profile, cutting-edge build.

You'll be part of a self-performing team handling a wide range of tasks across a massive 250-acre site. If you're reliable, hardworking, and ready to grow in the construction industry, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

General labor and site support

Setting up barriers, tents, and site infrastructure

Material transport and jobsite cleanup

Pressure washing and restroom maintenance

Assisting leads and taking direction

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Experience in construction or outdoor environments (landscaping, farming, etc. are acceptable)

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Familiarity with hand and power tools, tape measures, and basic carpentry - proficiency is not required

Skills That Will Set You Apart

General labor and construction experience

Carpentry, framing, jackhammer use

Cleanup and site maintenance

Ability to read a tape measure and use tools safely

Requirements

Must present professionally and respectfully

Must pass drug screen

Maintain a professional attitude and consistent punctuality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr.
