Job descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at the hotel and resort location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to assist guests, staff, and visitors. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities in and around the location. Communicate with Allied Universal management and site personnel as needed regarding security-related matters. Assist with access control and / or visitor management as required by location policies. Support emergency response efforts, including evacuation assistance and coordinating with local emergency services if needed. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR or first aid certification is preferred. Primarily driving post is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
