Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Executive Director.

Location : Bay Area, CA

Position details :

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all APC practices and performance across the medical group.
• Serve as the central resource and advocate for APC-related matters, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to develop efficient workflows that support high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Mentor and support APC Directors and emerging leaders
• Maintain a hybrid role that combines executive leadership responsibilities with clinical practice
